Paula Sinnott, a native North Dakotan, spent 30 years living in Southern Alberta, then became a Canadian citizen.  She attended school for Interior Design in Alberta and became a member of the National Kitchen and Bath Association. She has been designing kitchens and continuing her education both within the N.K.B.A. and through external seminars and training programs. Paula became interested in outdoor kitchens and began researching designs, concepts and applications for northern climates; particularly Montana and in the mountain and waterfront areas where we live.

Brad Helding, a third generation Montanan, has been in Food and Beverage Management for over 30 years. He returned to Montana in 1993 after working for hotels and restaurants in Texas, Florida and the Caribbean and has successfully managed food and beverage operations in the Flathead Valley. He is a Certified Specialist of Wine through Society of Wine Educators, and is a registered Sommelier. Between fishing, hunting and the San Francisco Giants, Brad's passion for food and wine can help you choose the right grills and appliances for your outdoor living area.

Paula and Brad met in 2013 and soon realized that they could combine their careers and experience and offer a service doing something they both loved and do it here in Northwest Montana.

Who doesn't like being outdoors? What an asset the two make as a team- Brad consulting on wine selection and storage, bar, entertainment and cooking areas, and Paula’s solutions for kitchen design, space planning and ascetics – a winning combination to solve your outdoor living challenges
